Zombie Basketball

A little while ago I posted some pics of the converted Mantic/WGF Zombies and there were some comments that their poses made them look like they were playing Basketball. That got me thinking. Here's what I came up with.
There you go. I hope you enjoyed it. Now I've gotten that out of my system. Thanks for looking.

Fantastic. If you can't poke fun at the living dead, who can you poke fun at?

Genius! Could you use the Quik rules to play this? Would it be called Slo instead?

Good stuff, but can zombies jump? I've just bought some alluminium mesh to make some fences, like yours. How did you do it?

That's very cool. It looks like a lot of thought went into this. I see Zombie basketball being bigger than Blood Bowl!

You're good, Joe! Maybe you can incorporate this as a minor theme in your game scenario. Also,...what does a zombie do in a port-a-potty!?

I very nearly missed this, but thankfully got a heads up from the TMP forum. Very inspired, Joe, and well worth sharing with a larger audience.

Hi, folks. Thanks very much for the kind remarks. You ever get one of those wild hairs and just have to work it out? :)

@Adam: Yeah, I don't think they'd mind. :)

@SpaceJacker: Slo, LOL.

@Irqan: I used some cheap vinyl floor tiles for the bases. The bases are 7" long by 1/2" wide. The ends of the bases are wedge shaped. I then drilled holes for the fence posts into the base. The holes are spaced about 1.5" apart, but I extended that out to about 1.75" on the ends. I used toothpicks for the fenceposts. Superglued them into the bases. Let dry. Cut a strip of the mesh 7" long by 1.5 inch high, glued it to the posts. On a few I went back over with fine thread and tied the mesh to the fence posts. When dry I applied some sand and flock to the base. Let dry again. Printed out some signage and glued it to the fences. Then sprayed lightly with matte sealer. There's some nice free signs here. http://hirstarts.com/plans/hazard.pdf

@Vampifan: Thanks. I just missed your reply. I had some other tabs open trying to find some good signs for Irqan. One of the reasons I posted links to the 2 big forums was that it was them I got the inspiration. Speaking of inspiration, thinking about your Police Station and seeing it yesterday has really given me my paper mojo back.

@Gnotta: Thanks.

@BigLee: Thanks, that's one of the nicest things anyone has ever said to me on the blog. :)

@The Extraodinarii: Thanks, I was just going to do it as a temporary thing but I think I'll keep it.

@Henry's Tat: I guess Zombies have to do something when there's no breathers around.
